“Very valuable training. Incredibly relevant. Excellent trainers, very engaging and understanding of our perspectives.”
Hospice worker

EF training was established in 2011 to provide high-quality and interactive Health and Social Care training to private and public sectors, as well as bespoke First Aid training.

In response to a recognised requirement across all sectors, we began to develop and deliver Compassion Fatigue Awareness Training in 2016.

EF trainers are experts in their sectors and bring a wealth of experience to all sessions. We always encourage participation and interaction, as we have seen how it makes each course more engaging and memorable for all participants. We work with companies and organisations, offer some online training classes, and we are an Approved Training Organisation for the NHS.

When the training is finished, our help and support doesn’t end. We monitor our clients after the course, and are always on hand to offer support and suggestions to ensure that our lessons last a lifetime.

Recent feedback from our
Compassion Fatigue Awareness Training Courses

“I didn’t know what to expect but this course was brilliant. It broke down barriers I had and made me realise that it’s OK not to be OK – it’s how we cope and acknowledge this which is important. It was very intense at times but really good.”

Health worker

“It has been invaluable in recognising the stress we face and how to deal with it. I would like to have further training in compassion fatigue.”

Hospice staff

“This training should be the first thing you do when you join the Service, and then do it annually, like the other health and safety stuff.”
